What we keep
Your name, your email address, the group you belong to, your progress, your answers, your scores, your certificates, your feedback and your help requests.
What the organisation that gave you your place sees
Your progress, your scores, the dates you finish each level, your certificates and the scores for your whole group. Feedback comments reach them without your name.
Practice tasks
The practice chats and tasks run inside the course from written scripts. The course sends nothing you type or pick to any outside AI service.
How long we keep it
5 years after your course access ends. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see your information, to correct it or to delete it. Write to info@aiupskill.ie. If we delete your record, the check page for your certificates goes too.
Where it is stored
In data centres in the European Union, with encryption in transit and at rest.
